Eagle Elite Dance Teams

Competitive All Star Dance Teams:

We currently have 3 competitive dance teams for this competition season. Our competitive dance teams compete in the "Variety" category typically with the Pom and Hip Hop Styles at All Star Competitions. They compete at 3 regular season competitions with with potential to compete at the All Star World Championships if they receive an invitation based on competition scores and results.

Every season we continue to grow our dance program. For the upcoming season we will be looking to potentially add:
- More age groups to our current competitive dance program
- Jazz and other dance styles
- Solos, duets and trios
- Non competitive/ showcase dance teams

Our competitive dance teams have a great history of success, including 2 first place wins at the All Star Worlds Championships, two 2nd place and one 3rd place finish at the All Star World Championships, multiple high point awards and multiple first place finishes at regular season competitions.

Classes & Lessons

Tiny/Mini Dance (ages 3-8)

*This class has no skill requirements *

Our Tiny/Mini Dance class is great for kids ages 3 to 8! In this class students will learn pom motions, work on 8 count dances for both pom and hip hop and have a ton of fun! They will also work on technique for turns and leaps, and work on different dance tricks, jumps and lifts.

Youth/Junior Dance (ages 9 & up)

*This class has no skill requirements *

Our Youth/Junior Dance class is great for kids ages 9 and up! In this class students will learn pom motions, work on 8 count dances for both pom and hip hop and have a ton of fun! They will also work on technique for turns and leaps, and work on different dance tricks, jumps and lifts.

Leaps & Turns (Beginner)

*This class has no skill requirements *

In this class students will learn and work on the fundamentals and technique needed for dance turns and leaps.

Leaps & Turns (Intermediate/ Advanced)

*A strong double pirouette and right, left & center leaps required*

In this class students will learn and work on the fundamentals and technique needed for more difficult dance turns such as turns in second, leg hold turns, turn sequences and more along with more difficult leaps and jumps.

Private Lessons:

The coaching staff at Eagle Elite offers 30 and 60 minute private lessons specifically for dancers. With years of experience working with competitive and recreational dancers from all over we know exactly how to help dancers improve strength and flexibilities, and learn/ improve tumbling and acro skills and tricks.

The coaches at Eagle Elite have years of experience working with dancers from every dance studio in the area! We have also worked with dancers from the Rock Bridge Bruin Girls and The Tolton Blazer Girls, along with girls who have gone on to dance at The University of Missouri as Golden Girls, the University of Kentucky, TCU and The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders!

What is ALL-Star Dance?

All Star dance is a type of competitive dance. Similar to competitive school dance teams or competitive studio dance teams. All star dance teams are broken up into several different age categories and styles of dance. Our teams focus on a hip hop and pom style. It is a competitive program and will compete at All-Star competitions, with the potential to compete at the All Star World Championships in Florida if teams receive a bid.

Coach Kali has been with Eagle Elite for nearly 10 years! She has a background in cheer, tumbling and dance and is currently a competitive dancer on the national championship team at Central Methodist University. Kali Coaches our dance teams and classes!

We are very excited to welcome the newest coach to our dance program Miss Ella McClung! Ella is a former Golden Girl at the University of Missouri, a former Bruin Girl, and has years of experience as a competitive dancer! Ella will be coaching our competitive dance teams and dance classes and we are so happy to have her!
